Assistant Director of Planning & Economic Development
Lauren Blaszyk provides a broad range of planning experience to the firm in the areas of land use, zoning, economic development, transportation, development review, historic preservation, and policy research. Her diverse skill set comes from working in municipalities in the metropolitan Atlanta area as well as in the private sector.

Allan has over 30 years of experience in local government and the nonprofit sector including management positions in community development; city planning; business and economic development. Areas of experience and accomplishment include neighborhood redevelopment; community planning; organizational development; community engagement; marketing; and economic development projects.
Lenise Lyons brings experience in both long-range and current planning efforts. She has worked closely in all phases of comprehensive planning from plan adoption to implementation. She assisted in the development of FUTUREBR, the comprehensive plan for the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana via meeting facilitation and charrettes, reviewing element drafts, and coordinating government and non-governmental entities during the process.

George has over 48 years water/wastewater utility management experience and responsibility for implementing large, complex municipal environmental capital improvement programs. George also has experience with combined sewer overflow and sanitary sewer overflow control programs and wet weather policy issues.
