South Metro Development Outlook Conference

South Metro Development Outlook Conference

South Metro Development Outlook was established in 2003 by The Collaborative Firm, an Atlanta based land use planning and real estate development firm, for the purpose of convening professionals with an interest in fostering smart growth in South Metropolitan Atlanta. The conference features the following seven south metro counties, Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Henry, South Fulton and Spalding Counties. Each year, the forum continues to grow in participation and content. Since its inception, the conference has attracted over 6,000 attendees.

South Metro Development Outlook also serves as the annual regional exchange for most of the area’s governmental, financial and industry leaders. The Urban Land Institute, Georgia Power, Atlanta Regional Commission, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, AT&T, Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority and the Council for Quality Growth are examples of the wide range of companies and organizations that serve as supporters of the forum.

This forum features government officials and noted professionals providing invaluable information about development trends and opportunities, economic forecasting and solutions, and sustainability.
