The Collaborative Firm developed and implemented strategic communications plans that serve as a platform for all public involvement activities for the City of East Point’s Capital Improvement Program. The plans were designed to effectively communicate relevant aspects of the Capital Improvement Program to stakeholders, affected neighborhoods and other key entities, while engaging the community and establishing a process to receive community input and address public concerns. A variety of public involvement initiatives have been implemented, including the coordination of ground breakings for CIP projects, management of public meetings, coordination of CIP activities and the development and distribution of communication materials.
